Responsibilities and Tasks:
The core task will be to assist the Field Medical team to insert data of patients / visits / treatment information and to train the team to do so independently, by setting up procedures in line with the routine medical activities.
To advise the Software Specialist of any improvements required to the system.
To accompany the medial field team and enter medical data while in the field if possible.
Data entry using the provided software
a. Collect the data from the medical team.
b. Document all the received data and enter them in the system
c. Compiling and sorting the filled data collection tools as directed by the supervisor.
d. Ensure collected data is accurately recorded.
e. Capture data using digital data entry technology provided.
f. Develop relationship of trust and safe space with medical team.
g. Identify and report any challenges faced that could affect the quality of the data.
h. Take responsibility for project equipment that you may be Entrusted With.
i. Support the medical project manager to filter and analyze the medical data
Training of medical staff
a. Train all medical staff on the use of the software, including backups, and security featiers,
b. Supervise staff on the job for one month
Reporting
a. Present the data to the supervisor at the end of each day.
Report to the supervisor after day’s work for further direction.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
· Working knowledge of Kurdish, Arabic and English.
· Attention to detail.
· Previous experience working with the community medical teams
· Ability to work independently
· Information Technology Skills to be able to work on medical software.
· Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
