With over half of all employed Americans working from home due to the pandemic, businesses of all sizes — from small startups to major corporations — are hiring workers for remote and flexible jobs. And even though some companies may have employees return to the office in the coming year, many are choosing to switch to a long-term remote working model.
With companies big and small continuing to embrace remote work, we’re seeing an uptick in the number of work-from-home jobs posted on the FlexJobs database. In fact, there’s been a 20% increase in remote job postings in July 2020 compared to June.
